At AU79 Care, we’re committed to creating skincare you’ll love. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Items must be in the same condition as received
- Proof of purchase is required
Because our products are skincare and come into direct contact with the skin, we’re unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please email us at info@au79care.com with your order number.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide simple instructions on how to send your item back.
Please note: returns must be requested and approved before being sent back to us.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please check your order upon arrival.
If anything arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@au79care.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
We’re unable to accept returns on:
- Opened or used products
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you’d like a different product, you can return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval
- Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund
If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, feel free to reach out to us.
