Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with AU79 Care. We are committed to delivering your order efficiently, safely, and with care.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order is placed, you will receive:

  • An order confirmation email
  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped

Please note that processing times may be extended during high-volume periods such as product launches, promotions, or holidays.


Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)

We currently ship within the United States.

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $99 (before taxes and after discounts)
  • Shipping rates for orders under $99 are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates
  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

AU79 Care is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.


Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.

  • We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear
  • Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or is marked as delivered but not received:

  • Contact us at info@au79care.com within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and any relevant photos (for damaged items)

We will work with the carrier to investigate and assist with a resolution where possible.

Please note:

  • AU79 Care is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Claims are handled on a case-by-case basis

Shipping Delays

AU79 Care is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers (e.g., UPS, USPS, FedEx)
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect shipping information
  • Events outside our control
