Adipose-Derived Stem Cell Exosomes harness the regenerative power of stem cells, promoting skin renewal and vitality. Our process begins with the isolation of stem cells from adipose tissue. These stem cells are then cultured under controlled conditions, encouraging the secretion of exosomes. Through a meticulous extraction process, we harvest these exosomes, ensuring their purity and efficacy in promoting skin regeneration and vitality.

Skin Lactobacillus-Derived Exosomes contribute to skin health by supporting the skin’s natural microbiome balance. They are sourced from probiotic bacteria naturally found on the skin. Through a specialized fermentation process, we extract and purify these exosomes, preserving their beneficial effects on the skin’s microbiome and overall health.

Mesotherapy: In Treatment Room
[ Before Treatment Consultation & Assessment ]

• Evaluate skin condition
• Determine treatment area (face, scalp, neck, etc.). 
• Rule out contraindications (pregnancy, active infections, autoimmune disorders, etc.) 

1. Cleanse the skin thoroughly.
   
2. Apply topical anesthetic (usually lidocaine-based) for 20–30 minutes. Remove with gauze soaked in water and an alcohol preparation.
   
3. Retrieve product from the refrigerator.
   
4. Pour the liquid diluent into the lyophilized (freeze-dried) exosomes. Close and shake the bottle five or six times until perfectly combined. This product is not toxic but is wasted if applied directly onto an ungloved hand. Gently pull the skin with one hand and simultaneously lower the microneedling device perpendicular to the skin with the other hand
   
5. Inject (tiny 30G or 32G needles) 0.02 ml to 0.05 ml of drug solution perpendicular to the skin (4 mm deep), given 1 cm to 2 cm apart. Multiple small “blebs” across the target area.
6. Initial protocol: 3–6 sessions, spaced 2–4 weeks apart.
   Maintenance: Every 3–6 months, depending on skin/hair response.
   
   Microneedling: In Treatment Room

• History of oral herpes labialis: In these patients, a 1-week course of oral antiviral therapy is recommended as a prophylactic measure (starting on the day of treatment) to minimize the complication. 
• It is recommended to avoid treatment in patients with active acne or other anti-inflammatory lesions.
• Microneedling on any inflammatory acneiform lesion may predispose the patient to the development of microabscesses or bacterial granulomas.

6. Combine horizontal, vertical, and oblique passes of the device over the treatment areas, repeating approximately 3 to 6 times, or until a fine pinpoint bleed is observed.
7. Initial protocol: 3–6 sessions, spaced 2–4 weeks apart.
   Maintenance: Every 3–6 months, depending on skin/hair response.
